Tax advisor practising since 2009. During the last 5 years, he was a tax advisor at the international advisory firm Rödl & Partner in Poland, where he also served as head of the tax advisory department. He currently advises entities in the IT, financial and manufacturing sectors on the tax implications of their domestic and international operations. Łukasz has extensive experience in handling restructuring projects involving changes of business profile, in-kind contributions, mergers and divisions of companies. His experience also includes a number of projects in the field of preparing comparative analyses and transfer pricing documentation. Lukasz has conducted more than a dozen major projects in the field of tax due diligence and tax transaction planning.  He provides legal assistance in Polish and English.
