Attorney-at-law with several years of professional experience in legal advisory on securities issue projects, M&A transactions, mergers, divisions and transformations of capital companies as well as ongoing legal services for companies. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and Postgraduate Studies in Mergers and Acquisitions of Enterprises conducted at the Warsaw School of Economics. She gained her professional experience through cooperation with renowned Warsaw law firms. She specialises in corporate law and capital markets law. She is involved in conducting legal due diligence analyses of companies and real estate. In addition, her work includes day-to-day services for business entities in the telecommunications and energy sectors in terms of widely understood contract law.
