Graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He gained his professional experience in leading Warsaw law firms. He specialises in capital market law, mergers and acquisitions law, corporate law, as well as anti-money laundering regulations. His experience includes, in particular, advising on the processes of public and private issuance of securities, advising on the processes of introducing financial instruments to public trading and advising on fulfilling the disclosure obligations of public companies, including in particular the obligations under the MAR Regulation. Kacper also provides legal services for transactions and operations on financial instruments, as well as advising on the processes of mergers, acquisitions, divisions and transformations of companies. He also has experience in the design and implementation of compliance systems, including in particular those related to the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) regulations and the implementation of internal regulations related to compliance with the best practices of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. As part of his professional experience, he has provided services to companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and on the NewConnect market. He provides legal assistance in Polish and English.
