Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. He is an attorney-at-law trainee at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Olsztyn. He gained his professional experience at a reputable law firm in Olsztyn, being responsible in particular for handling cases in the area of corporate law, corporate disputes, difficult debt recovery, bankruptcy and restructuring law and commercial litigation. Jakub supports clients' insolvency or debtors' insolvency cases. In addition, he has experience in partnership and capital company transformation processes, corporate disputes concerning partnerships and capital companies, as well as legal representation. His interests focus on commercial law, capital markets and day-to-day services for businesses, including advice at the intersection of the legal and business spheres. He provides legal assistance in Polish and English.
