Advocate with many years of professional experience providing legal services in M&A transactions and securities issuance. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He specialises in matters of civil and commercial law, with particular emphasis on contracts, corporate law, intellectual property law, competition law and commercial arbitration. In addition, he advises on IT law and labour law. He has several years of experience in providing comprehensive services to leading companies in the advertising and media industry (media houses, advertising agencies) as an in-house lawyer. He also gained his professional experience by cooperating with recognised law firms providing legal services to corporate and individual clients in Poland and Italy. He provides legal assistance in Polish, Italian and English.
