Introduction of Client's shares to stock exchange trading
The shares of a client of Rudnicki Partners were recently introduced to trading on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Our team, made up of attorney-at-law Sebastian Rudnicki, advocate Kacper Leśniak and attorney-at-law Katarzyna Banaś, were glad to provide advice on this project at the stages concerning proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) on the approval of the prospectus, proceedings before the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW) on the introduction of shares to trading on its main market, as well as proceedings before the National Depository of Securities (KDPW) on the assimilation of shares.
The proceedings resulted in approval of the prospectus, the share assimilation and the introduction of the shares to trading on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, respectively.
